Miami based Hot House Visuals was founded by André M. Brown to provide full service real estate photography media to the area's dynamic diverse market, while providing the high touch personalized service of an owner/operator boutique agency. A natural communicator and collaborator, André enjoys partnering with agents and sellers, to create enterprising plans that capture the distinct vibes of South Florida properties, while maximizing selling potential.
André is a transplant from Providence, RI, where he obtained his degree in photography, as well as a slight obsession with documenting the area's endless supply of architecturally rich historic properties and neighborhoods through a fine art lens, including the West End's Wedding Cake House, the opulent Newport Mansions and anyplace within roaming distance of his 1890 Armory cottage. Since 2019, André has called Biscayne Park, Florida home, where he improbably lives, with his wife Dawn and rescue bunny Nosey, inside a 1926 Spanish Mission bungalow.
Although historic properties seem to continue to stalk him for his personal use, André has an equal appreciation for sleek new builds and everything in between, effortlessly seeing art and beauty at the core of every design, no matter which era. André is energized by uncovering and documenting the personality of each space, utilizing his creativity to showcase the best features. He takes his mission of carefully crafting the story of each property seriously, to allow the perfect buyer to be pulled in by his imagery, while envisioning their own lives within the walls.
